Summer Weather

Summer can be a sizzler, with temperatures in the 80-90s during the day and in the 70s at night. All of our outdoor excersize classes will take place in the morning, under the cool shade of a forest canopy.   Summer evenings in Plain are ideal for sipping wine on the porch or star gazing down by the pond.
