Thank you for choosing ActiveGirl Mountain Fitness Escapes.   The following information will help guide you through the registration process.   All information is confidential and will be used to assist us in meeting your personal needs.

2. Send in your payment:

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your spot.   Full payment is due upon arrival.   You are welcome to pay the full amount when you register.   At this time, please send check or money to:

3. Susan G. Komen for the Cure Donation

Each of us at ActiveGirl has been affected in one way or another by the rippling effects of breast cancer, which is why we have chosen to donate a percentage of our proceeds to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.   If you would like to donate an additional amount in honor or in memory of someone you know, please visit the Susan G Komen Foundation web site.

4. B.Y.O.G.- Bring Your Own Girl Friend & Save!

Bring your own girlfriend to an ActiveGirl  Escape and you'll save $25 off both you and your girlfriend's session fee! You must mail in your registrations and deposits in the same envelope to qualify for a discount!

 

Cancellation Policy

• A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of registration.

We reserve the right to cancel any retreats that do not fill the required quota of participants, in which case all money paid to ActiveGirl will be refunded.   ActiveGirl will not be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets or other travel expenses.

Trip Insurance

We strongly encourage purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance, so that trip fees will be covered in the event that a family or personal medical problem should occur prior to or while on your retreat.   Trip insurance should also be purchased in the event that you have an accident while on the retreat.
